The Mechanical Services works shall comprise the design, supervision, installation, testing,
commissioning and setting to work the systems generally indicated below:
New Air Source Heat Pump system to the new extension including LST radiators.
New heating / cooling systems including indoor and outdoor units, interconnecting
services and controls to the Nurse Stations and Clinical Room
New domestic water services
New gas service
New above ground drainage
New local mechanical ventilation systems and controls.
